UK Delivery Times & Costs
All mainland UK orders are sent out via Royal Mail Special Delivery with the option to select either 1st or 2nd class. Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery.
Returns
You are entitled to cancel and return your order for a refund or an exchange within 7 days by notifying us at embellishedjewellery@gmail.com. The items will then need to be returned to us within 7 working days of receipt, unworn, undamaged and in a resaleable condition and with the original packaging.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for any items that have been worn or damaged. For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
We will not exchange or refund goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show signs of abuse. In these cases, the goods will be returned to the buyer at their own cost.
Please note that due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept exchanges or order refunds on earrings.
An email will be provided to confirm the terms of the return and to confirm the returns address.
When returning items, we recommend all returns are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery and you obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Refund amounts will be issued via PayPal using the same details used when placing your original order.
